Harper Recruitment are recruiting for an established, leading organisation based in Burton-on-Trent. Based in their impressive head offices the successful International Administrator will join an inclusive and friendly team providing support to their international client base.
What will the role involve?
* Receive and log customer calls in a positive, professional manner
* Coordinate the logistics of export shipment including arranging transportation
* Prepare and review export documentation including invoices and packing lists
* Applying for associated documentation including certificate of origin, EUR1 etc
* Develop client relationships to maintain loyalty and client satisfaction
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar Customer Service and/or Administration role essential
* Knowledge of shipping terms advantageous
* Computer literate - MS Office applications and competent CRM usage
* Detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, friendly and concise communication style
