You’ll be at the forefront of quality assurance and compliance efforts, ensuring operations meet BRCGS, HACCP, HARA, and GMP standards. Here’s how you’ll make a difference: Be the Expert: Lead the BRCGS compliance efforts and manage internal and external audits with confidence. Drive Food Safety: Implement and maintain HACCP plans, HARA assessments, and other key food safety practices. Champion Improvements: Identify trends, resolve non-conformances, and implement cutting-edge corrective actions. Empower the Team: Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure everyone is up to speed on the latest standards. Collaborate for Success: Work with suppliers, conduct audits, and ensure raw materials meet our stringent quality requirements. What You Bring: A proven track record in quality assurance or compliance within food manufacturing (minimum 1 year). Deep knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, HARA, GMP, and food safety regulations. Hands-on experience with audits and managing non-conformance issues. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
