We are looking for a Home Manager to run a well-established elderly care home based in the historical industrial town of Derby, Derbyshire. Who are we looking for?
You will either be a Home Manager with experience managing a residential home or a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your career. The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 and be able to evidence their ability to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.
As the Home Manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead a team of multi-skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel. You will be accountable for all residents within the home, ensuring that their emotional, physical, and social needs are met while ensuring that the environment complies with local governing bodies.
Due to the nature of the role, it is vital for the successful person to have a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.

Requirements

Summary
We are looking for a Home Manager to join our valued client and run their stunning care home in the Derbyshire area. In return, you will be compensated with a salary of circa £50,000 per annum + additional benefits, which will be discussed at the interview stage.
