The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintaining and servicing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. Conducting regular inspections and assessments of building systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards. Diagnosing and repairing faults reported by clients. Implementing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures. Collaborating with other engineers and maintenance staff to address complex issues. Keeping up-to-date records of maintenance activities. Providing technical support and advice to clients and colleagues. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in building services engineering or a related field. Relevant qualifications in engineering or building services (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3).
