Job Description:
We are currently seeking Supply Teachers to join our team in Basildon, Essex. As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across various age groups and subjects. This role is temporary and requires full-time availability.
Job Duties:
Deliver high-quality teaching to students in line with the national curriculum
Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the learning experience
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Relevant teaching qualification
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Degree in Education or related field
Proven experience in teaching or working with students
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE)
Experience teaching in a variety of educational settings
