What is the role?
Children’s Health, Care and Justice Services in South Ayrshire is on an exciting transformational journey to provide the best possible outcomes for children and families through relationship-based, family and community-centred care. Full training in the Signs of Safety and Safe and Together models will be offered to successful candidates.
The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 10: the hourly rate is from £23.90 to £25.13 and an annual salary is from £43,617 to £45,862.
Applicants whose qualification award is pending within the next 6 months are welcome to apply. If you are recommended for any of these posts, the initial appointment will be at Level 8 until your qualification is awarded.
The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly between home and the office, and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidates will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal Offer of Employment being made.
