With an exciting road-map for 2025 and beyond, new investment and sustainable growth as the business rolls out its national plan, we need an organised leader to join the team as a Project Manager/Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of the site accommodation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all project plans, including milestones and resource allocation - work collaboratively with the hire desk, yard operations, logistics and finance to ensure the business operates cohesively for all projects.
* Conduct site assessments to fully understand the clients requirements, mitigate risks and challenges in advance.
* Complete all risk assessments, method statements and relevant documents are completed with accuracy and promptly. Supervise works with internal team and contractors to ensure that all works are safe.
* Maintain all quality standards, ISO requirements and H&S regulations to 100% compliance.
* Build professional relationships with key clients - truly understand their requirements and expectations, maintaining effective communication throughout the project delivery.
* Working across the team, plan resources appropriately to maximise profitability and meet deadlines.
* Control project budgets, monitor expenses and prepare financial reports and forecasts.
* Conduct regular audits and site inspections to drive high-quality standards and compliance.
* Promote paperless where possible, utilising the ERP.
* Maximise profitability where possible, ensure that all clients are aware of further services.
* Join the senior leadership team and promote efficiencies for the business, identify areas for improvement and be a pivotal person in its growth.
