With an exciting road-map for 2025 and beyond, new investment and sustainable growth as the business rolls out its national plan, we need an organised leader to join the team as a Project Manager/Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of the site accommodation projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead all project plans, including milestones and resource allocation - work collaboratively with the hire desk, yard operations, logistics and finance to ensure the business operates cohesively for all projects. Conduct site assessments to fully understand the clients requirements, mitigate risks and challenges in advance. Complete all risk assessments, method statements and relevant documents are completed with accuracy and promptly. Supervise works with internal team and contractors to ensure that all works are safe. Maintain all quality standards, ISO requirements and H&S regulations to 100% compliance. Build professional relationships with key clients - truly understand their requirements and expectations, maintaining effective communication throughout the project delivery. Working across the team, plan resources appropriately to maximise profitability and meet deadlines. Control project budgets, monitor expenses and prepare financial reports and forecasts. Conduct regular audits and site inspections to drive high-quality standards and compliance. Promote paperless where possible, utilising the ERP. Maximise profitability where possible, ensure that all clients are aware of further services. Join the senior leadership team and promote efficiencies for the business, identify areas for improvement and be a pivotal person in its growth.
