The key responsibilities of this role will be to work with and support the Technical Account Manager in managing all technical aspects of relevant accounts, with total responsibility for specific accounts as agreed with TAM / TD for products manufactured in the UK, for all DFUK products supplied from the DF Group, and any third-party bought-in products.
To support the Technical Account Manager regarding all specified customer Technical contacts and to ensure that DF is seen as a proactive supplier for all Technical matters.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Good interpersonal skills, dealing professionally with contacts both within and outside the Group
3. Ability to work on own initiative
4. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Some fluency in French (written and verbal) preferred
7. A food technology/nutrition or science degree background ideally
