The School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences is at the forefront of higher education in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Forensic Science, Chemistry and related areas, and has excellent working relationships with law enforcement agencies, pharmaceutical providers, the NHS and industry. We are looking for a highly professional, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team in Biomedical Science, with a specific interest in Medical Microbiology. You will also be our Clinical Placement Tutor for Biomedical Science.
You may hold a PhD, or an appropriate level of professional experience as a Biomedical or Healthcare Scientist. You will also be a HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist.
You will be expected to contribute to teaching and administration of the School's Foundation, BSc and MSc Biomedical Science programme, in addition to teaching on other relevant undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the school. You will complement existing scholarly activities in the above areas within the school.
You will be encouraged to develop your own scholarly activities in conjunction with other members of the school.
