As a Graduate Apprentice Teacher, you’ll benefit from paid employment in a Star school while undertaking a 14-month training programme that allows you to gain QTS and a teaching apprenticeship qualification. You will spend 80% of your time working in school and 20% attending training delivered by our teacher training partner, the National Institute of Teaching. The programme uses a blended learning approach, combining in-school experience, centre-based training, and off-the-job training. The apprenticeship training is free and you will receive a receive a salary based on the unqualified teacher scale.
