The Job Role
* Operations Manager within a quality venue.
* Overseeing all operational outlets within a boutique operation including F&B, leisure, and reception.
* Ensuring all residents are happy, working with focus groups on improving the offering on the complex.
* Focus on driving F&B spends through the stunning restaurant.
* To recruit, train, and develop an enthusiastic team.
* The Operations Manager will report into an outstanding General Manager.
* 5 days out of 7, mainly straight shifts.
The Requirements
* The Operations Manager will have a strong restaurant background within quality venues.
* Have the ability to lead from the front within hotel operations.
* The Operations Manager will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress their career under an established general manager.
* Excellent communication skills required for this role to deal with members of the community daily.

* Swindon.
