Prospect is seeking a Weekend Viewing Assistant for their offices based in the Sandhurst & Camberley area.
In order to be considered for the role, it is essential that you have a smart and professional appearance and are articulate and confident when dealing with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants. A good command of the English language in both verbal and written formats is also essential.
You will be responsible for showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, some of which may be empty, while others may have the Vendors/Landlord occupying the property.
You will relay viewing feedback to the office, including offers that purchasers or tenants make.
You must be a confident driver and car owner (ideally with a satnav!).
You will be paid a £13 hourly rate + fuel mileage allowance.
