Harmonic are delighted to be exclusively working with a rapidly growing furniture design
consultancy in their search for a Bid Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join
the company during an exciting phase of significant growth.
The company partners with designers and architects to create projects in commercial
spaces, including offices and hospitality venues. With recently launched offices
globally and a huge focus on sustainability, the business is entering an exciting new
phase of growth and is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to
join their London team.
As a Bid Coordinator, you will use InDesign to format documents, proposals, and
presentations for the consultancy’s top clients. You will also be responsible for tracking
requests and maintaining all bid master files and templates, ensuring that the material
is contemporary and on-brand.
Responsibilities:
• Full responsibility for the design and format of bid documents and presentations
to be used in client meetings
• Working closely with the Bid Manager to ensure the brief is understood and
materials are created in accordance with deadline
• Monitor and consistently update and improve bid templates
• Support on various administration tasks
• Ad hoc work with the marketing team on various exciting creative projects!
What we’d like to see (essential skills):
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Proactive and helpful approach to work
What we’d like to see (bonus skills):
• A genuine interest in design, furniture and architecture
• Previous experience creating, editing or writing bids
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + 20% commission bonus
Location: London/Hybrid
Start date: ASAP
