Technical Director – Ecology Lead
Location: York, Manchester or Edinburgh
Salary: Up to £70k’ish

On the back of strong growth in client base and new instructions, they have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Director – Ecology Lead to work closely with the Director of Ecology to grow a new ecology and biodiversity team in the north, with offices already established in York, Manchester, and Scotland. The role will suit you if you are excited by leadership, autonomy, and ownership.

The Role
As a Technical Director for the Northern region, you will be responsible for all aspects of growing and managing a successful ecology business at a divisional level. Though you will report to our Director of Ecology, you will have the autonomy to drive change, deliver excellence, and grow our client base in the regions under your accountability. You will be supported by the wider Ecology team which continues to grow throughout Cambridge, London, and Norwich.
In short, your role is to build and lead a successful ecology and biodiversity team based in the Northern area (ideally based in York, however remote candidates also considered).

Qualifications & Experience
1. In excess of 10 years relevant experience.
2. MCIEEM / CEcol / CEnv.
3. Leadership / management experience.
