We are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager, who will report into the Head of M & A.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supports commercial and financial due diligence process.
* Supports the business to deliver the100-day integration plan, collaborating with the Operations team to successfully integrate acquired businesses.
* Develop a suite of KPI's to track performance again the 100-day integration plan.
* Support the preparation of M&A board papers including financial plans and acquisition rationale.
* Responsible for the delivery of post deal synergy savings.
What we are looking for:
* A true business partner to the operations and central functions.
* Proven experience in project management within a multi-site business with a "buy and build" strategy.
* Experience of the End-to-End process managing, supporting and addressing challenges involved in the integration of newly acquired businesses into a successful group.
* Involved in the financial reporting, Office365 consolidation, and presentation to senior stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, as well as liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
