The role of the Business Development Executive – Commercial Washrooms will involve:
1. Internal Sales position promoting a manufactured range of luxury commercial washroom solutions including: WC cubicles, shower cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories.
2. Predominantly dealing with architects, specifiers & interior designers; however, you will also promote to main contractors & specialist sub-contractors.
3. Being proactive in contacting customers through outbound calls promoting new products.
4. Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone & web contact forms.
5. Building and developing new business relationships, with a strong focus on also maintaining the existing customer relations.
6. Booking in CPDs for the external sales team.
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Executive – Commercial Washrooms with:
1. Must have telephone sales or customer service experience.
2. Motivated, persistent and results-oriented individual.
3. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
4. Must be highly organised and possess the ability to work well when under pressure.
5. A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious.
