As a care assistant you will deliver support to people in their own homes including personal care, meal preparation, administration of medication, some light domestic duties and shopping, but most importantly a friendly face and companionship.
We invest time and money in our colleagues to ensure they receive excellent support and development, enabling us to provide exceptional care to meet individual’s needs. We offer fully funded comprehensive training including QCF qualifications in social care, an in-house company induction programme for those new to care and experienced carers alike, and the opportunity for you to further your career with us. We offer experienced carers the opportunity to gain advanced level qualifications such as NVQ 3 to 5.
