An independent homecare company are recruiting for a Registered Manager in the Winchester area due to their exciting expansion plans into the Hampshire area. This company specialise in high quality homecare to both local authority and private clients. They are seeking a driven and motivated manager with previous leadership experience to help drive the growth of the new service in the area. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development of a new homecare service in the Winchester area Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders. Drive the growth and development of the service, working closely with local authorities to bring in new clients Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals. Requirements: Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance. Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
