Position:
Based at our Site in Newry, a full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Sales Team for an ambitious Internal Sales Representative working with the Merchant Sales Team selling Business to Business both in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. The primary focus is on driving existing sales, while also looking for new business and ensuring the highest levels of customer service in an efficient manner. The position will be day shift Monday to Thursday 8 am-5 pm and Friday 8 am-4 pm.

Scope:
The Internal Sales Representative will:
* Achieve sales, margin, and quotation targets
* Pro-actively manage and take ownership of branch accounts
* Support the external sales team to increase conversion rates
* Exceed customer expectations and build lasting partnerships
What do you need to be successful?
* Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service
* Target-driven with a genuine passion for the customer
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
* Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
* Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
