Novotel London Waterloo with its 187 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and fitness & sauna, is finally opening again and is looking for its new Front Office Manager!

As our next Front Office Manager, you will:
Be the ‘face of Novotel London Waterloo’ and will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the Front office and Reservations departments in terms of rotas, team recruitment and purchases. Together with the Operations Manager, you will address guest complaints and provide solutions, making the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
With an open attitude, you will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high-quality services for your guests.
We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative, and have a great sense of humour. As a member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate in management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly.
You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.
