Are you looking to kick-start your career in finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Apprentice to join our dynamic finance team. This apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience and training in both purchase ledger and sales ledger functions, offering a strong foundation for a successful career in accounting.
Ker responsibilities:
• Processing supplier invoices and payments
• Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with financial record-keeping and data entry
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Create and submit weekly Debtors reports with commentary
• Send out monthly statements
• Daily credit control
• Daily Allocation of incoming cash
• Ensure all debts are settled in accordance with agreed terms
• Supporting month-end processes
• Assist in financial audits throughout the year
• Any other adhoc duties
What We’re Looking For:
A keen interest in finance and accounting.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Good communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
[Any specific educational requirements, e.g., GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.]

Working week: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm)
