Looking to increase your monthly wage? We understand at Orbis how different people have different needs so working as a bank support allows you the option to work when you can!
We’re a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. In the Pembrokeshire area, we have six different homes located in various settings: Lydstep, Haverfordwest, Pembroke Dock & Saundersfoot. Some are close to beaches and docks, while others are nestled within town areas—each offering unique experiences. Every day brings a new adventure.

* Supporting individuals during recreational activities, outings, and community integration;
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements and milestones;

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships;
* Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs;
* A willingness to learn and follow team guidance;
* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes;
