Our client, established for over 20 years in the property management and development industry in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join their small but busy team.

The Role / Essential skills:
4 Years Bookkeeping experience
Administrative tasks, e.g., assistance, correspondence, scanning, filing, printing, and database o Price sourcing, comparisons with Excel presentation
Consulting with suppliers and managers over price queries o Cost reports
Credit Control
Keep accurate and up to date client records.
Logging and resolving customer & supplier queries.
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer & supplier records o Making payments to suppliers
Monitoring and replying to emails and customer queries o Posting and matching supplier invoices
Raising manual invoices o Statement reconciliations
Supporting the preparation of month-end duties
Verifying and paying subcontractors for CIS and supplier remittances
Ideal Candidate:
Ability to prioritise workload o Administrative experience
Be able to work on your own and in a small team. o Accurate Data Inputting
Excellent communication, time, and task management skills Flexibility within the job role o Keen to learn
Strong attention to detail o Takes initiative
Sage/Xero and Excel Proficiency o Strong IT skills especially in Excel
