Team Management & Mentoring: Oversee a distributed team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Requirements: Experience in FinTech: Prior experience in the FinTech domain is essential, with a strong understanding of the unique quality and compliance needs within this sector. Distributed Team Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate distributed teams, balancing remote coordination with effective leadership. Automation Expertise: Strong expertise in test automation, including hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, Pact) and a history of building or enhancing automation frameworks. API Testing & CI/CD: Proficiency in API testing (REST, WS) and experience with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of automated testing into our development lifecycle. Technical and Analytical Skills: Skilled in code analysis, debugging, and quality metrics development, with a focus on identifying improvement areas and driving data-informed decisions. Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments, with experience adapting QA strategies to iterative release cycles.
