We provide advice and guidance around housing, homelessness prevention, and housing solutions to each individual's housing need. This role is based at the Horizon Centre, and as part of the wider team your role is to support customers to access our housing register. What you’ll be doing… Providing end-to-end assistance to customers with housing register applications Assessing housing type and banding needed in line with Home Options policy. Supporting customers accessing online tools for housing applications Working within the team to support customers with housing advice. You must have… Good customer service skills to meet customers face-to-face to complete applications and experience of working with vulnerable customers. Knowledge and experience of applying Part 6 Housing legislation (allocation and social housing).
