The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting for an Electrician Technician on behalf of our client for a permanent role in Hemel Hempstead. The role will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment on a major oil terminal. The primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical components related to oil storage, pumping, and distribution systems and will requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly. Key responsibilities will include:
* Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components at the oil terminal.
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential electrical problems.
* Analyze and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve issues.
* Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring electrical problems.
* Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
* Perform routine checks on electrical instruments and gauges to maintain accuracy.
