Opportunity: Our Social Value Coordinators assist in the day to day delivery and management of our social value plans, related to the goals and objectives set out at project level and our wider Enhancing Communities / Responsible Business Strategy. You will be a key member of the Social Value Team within our Energy business, reporting to a senior member of the team. You will help champion the role and importance of social value to our business and its various stakeholders on our projects. Responsibilities: Implement, coordinate and measure Social Value activities, shadow and support the senior team and manage the delivery of the social impact plans. Assist with the collation and reporting of SV. Learn the importance of social value to our business and their various stakeholders and get involved in organisation and coordination of the Social Value activity Play a supporting but key role in scoping, planning, organising and delivering our plans and events in the community, delivering value and lasting legacy where we work. Enable and support our project teams to deliver on social value KPI’s associated with specific sites – contributing to wider ambitions we and our customers have in this area. The role will be a hybrid - a mixture of working from home and regularly travelling to sites across England, Wales as well as the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure Head Office in the West Midlands. The Candidate: Demonstrable experience involving events, planning, research and delivery Fully competent in SV monetarisation tools and have a clear understanding on what the client requirements are. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to communicate effectively with multiple audiences and stakeholders to develop and maintain collaborative relationships Ability and confidence to network Full UK driving licence Ability to travel across sites throughout England and Wales Strong organisational skills Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite) What's in it for you?
