Qualified to ITIL or willingness to study towards it This is a great opportunity for a Technical Analyst within the Microsoft 365 team in ICT service delivery. The team provides support for all aspects of the M365 environment and is responsible for the platform, Azure Cloud Computing Suite, licensing and associated applications. As a member of the team you will be required to identify and fix issues relating to the supported technologies, to carry out tasks related to larger ICT projects, to act as a technical liaison between internal clients and external suppliers, and to ensure compliance with all IT service control processes, including incident, problem and change management. You will also be involved in generating and updating technical documentation related to the supported systems. This is an exciting time to join a very busy team within ICT Technical operations due to some large, complex and transformational projects which are currently in flight, including Cloud migration from our current solution and operating system upgrades across the ICT estate. About the Candidate The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate Technical skills Excellent understanding of the M365 platform and Azure Cloud Computing Suite Knowledge and understanding of core M365 products Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams Experience of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NTP, SMTP, TCP/IP and other networking protocols Experience configuring Windows operating systems and applications Experience of scripting and administration using Powershell Work within ITIL Framework including SLA’s and change management Excellent fault-finding skills in a complex environment Personal skills Excellent communicator both written and verbal Be able to work closely with suppliers Be forward thinking and adaptable with new technologies About Us In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
