Job Description: As a Strategic Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the contact center industry, SaaS products, and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact. Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of their business challenges and goals. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively position our AI-driven SaaS solutions to address those needs. Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and client expectations. Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving the adoption and expansion of our solutions within your accounts. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful implementation of solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the contact center industry, SaaS products, and artificial intelligence. Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic accounts, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships. In-depth understanding of contact center operations, SaaS solutions, and AI technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business outcomes. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
