Responsibilities As the Plant Buying Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and developing our client's thriving plant sales department. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a small team of dedicated staff. Driving plant quality and sales and supporting related initiatives. Providing face-to-face sales assistance and managing customer enquiries. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure well-stocked departments that meet customer demand. Maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Attending trade shows including foreign locations and purchasing large quantities of suitable plants. Site visits.
