Job Responsibilities
* Manage and grown revenue assigned national accounts
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key buyers and decision-makers
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to lead long term growth
* Lead sales presentations, manage negotiations, pricing strategies and promotional planning
* Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, operations teams to ensure alignment to customer needs
* Monitor market trends, market intelligence, competitive activity and customer feedback to guide strategy
* Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting and analysis
* Represent the company at key industry trade shows and events
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, he/she should have:
* Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the home furnishings industry preferably in upholstery
* Proven success managing national or key accounts at a senior level
* Strong strategic acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to work independently
* Intensive domestic and international travelling
* Comfortable in a high impact individual contributor role with leadership visibility, working with a cross-functional teams based in Asia and Europe
* Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones; experience collaborating with international teams is a strong plus
