Each day will vary; however, the core components of your role will include:
1. Make outbound and receive inbound calls to our SKN and Harley Medical Group patients to assist with enquiries about aesthetic treatments.
2. Deliver an outstanding patient experience while identifying opportunities to help our patients with their personal goals.
3. Display strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Build trust and rapport with our patients, ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
5. Take ownership of every interaction, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Essential skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner.
3. A willingness to learn.
4. Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections.
