About The Job:
As an Operations Assistant, you will support the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration with various departments.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Accurately entering sales orders based on customer requirements.
2. Coordinating with Production and Purchasing departments to ensure stock availability.
3. Producing monthly KPI reports using data from in-house systems and reporting to management.
4. Investigating stock discrepancies with other departments and resolving issues.
5. Managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support sales and customer service.
6. Understanding and adhering to company procedures and processes.
7. Maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
