Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of goods.
Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain.
Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Collaborating with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.
Analysing performance data to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
Identifying potential issues within the supply chain and implementing solutions.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
Experience in managing supply chains within the FMCG industry, ideally within an SME environment.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
