The Role
As Sales Manager We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team.

Role Purpose
As Sales Manager In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from new lead generation to post-event follow-up. Delivering revenue growth, implementing effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation activities to drive and exceed sales targets.
You will identify new market opportunities and revenue streams, including corporate events, weddings, private parties, and social gatherings.
You will have responsibility for analysing market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback reporting to the GM and Board and making recommendations for new initiatives and change.
Leading and overseeing on the day operational delivery using your passion for excellence and experience of delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and future recommendations.
Responsibilities
* Day to day management of the Sales and Events Office, overseeing all event enquiries and planning.
* Ensuring clear, effective communication and alignment with other Catering teams.
* Proactively develop new sales strategies and offers where necessary to work towards budget.
* Close management of rate strategy
* Responsibility for the checking of all function sheet and event packs before being sent on to front of house and kitchen teams.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and quality service using post-event feedback from clients.
* Production of reports for Directors and senior management - utilising feedback and CRM data to drive performance and improvements.
* Working with our group marketing manager to align campaigns and promotions, generate new initiatives and build Silvermere to being a destination of choice, whilst maintaining competitiveness and quality.
* Developing and expanding on relationships with existing clients whilst also being able to pro-actively search for new business.
