Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage and supervise construction contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and problem-solving.
Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.
Nationwide Travel: Travel to various project sites across Scotland, overseeing the execution of subcontracted works.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health, and safety regulations.
Ability to travel nationwide as required.
A relevant degree or professional qualification is advantageous but not essential.
