Job Title: Office Administrator Location: London E4 – Office Based (Free Parking) Salary: £24,000-£26,000 plus benefits Hours of work: Monday -Thursday, 9am – 5.30 Friday 9am – 5pm Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? MAIN DUTIES Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are interested in the Administrator position, please apply today
