What you will be doing:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process
Collaborate with other departments to stay on track and deliver the product within the agreed timeline
Manage contract renewals
Work closely with the sales team to identify and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Conduct regular check-ins
Who/What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Customer Success, Account Management, or delivery-focused role, preferably within Tech or SaaS
Experience or knowledge in R&D Tax Credits is desirable
Professional, personable, with strong relationship management skills
Proven ability to maintain business relationships with start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs
A customer-first attitude with a focus on building trust and delivering results
