Our Global Mobility Team are looking for a Right-to-Work Specialist, to ensure compliance with immigration regulations, verify employee eligibility, and handle documentation and pre-employment checks. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for driving compliance and enhancing global mobility.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Global Mobility Junior Advisor, you'll be doing the following:
1. Provide guidance to recruitment and management teams on resolving Right to Work queries, ensuring compliance with company procedures and visa conditions, and advising on best practices.
2. Advise managers on required documents for new colleagues, assist with HRIS enquiries, and generate reports to monitor and update expiring documents.
3. Prepare and issue communications regarding right to work status, handle pre-employment checks and immigration queries, and audit Right to Work documentation, escalating concerns as needed.
4. Collaborate with the Global Mobility Senior Advisor on international assignments, liaise with the People team and Line Managers for timely query resolution, support investigation meetings, identify process improvements, and assist with project work and ad-hoc administration duties.
What We're Looking For:
5. Experience in processing right-to-work checks, using Home Office share codes, and the UKVI employer checking service, with knowledge of Irish Right to Work rules.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and experienced in a People/HR function.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to organize workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
8. Awareness of GDPR, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate high attention to detail in administrative and organizational tasks.
