St Christopher’s, an award winning co-educational, non-selective day school, we are seeking an individual with proven general maintenance skills and experience, who understands the importance of health and safety and is willing to undertake a broad range of facilities maintenance and support tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the School.
Our Premises Manager has an important role to play in ensuring that the building and grounds are safe, functioning spaces for pupils, staff and visitors. You will have a variety of responsibilities regarding the management of the school’s grounds, building and operations. This will include upkeep, maintenance, security, health and safety and cleaning.
As the Premises Manager, you will be self-motivated, able to work alone and as part of team. Good multi-trade repair skills and experience is essential with a positive cheerful can-do attitude. Attention to detail, and a flexible, hard-working, and pro-active attitude is essential together with the ability to liaise with external contractors.
