Job Role for an In-House Recruitment Co-Ordinator Due to continued growth within the company, we are eager to welcome an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team. Managing job adverts to ensure they remain relevant, up to date, and in turn generating applications Liaising with job advert providers to create and maintain the best ads to achieve the above Actively screening and keeping on top of all CV / applications for various roles, with a target of making first contact with potential candidates within 24 hours Maintaining a database of potential candidates Collecting and reporting feedback from candidates in relation to roles and packages Regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress to senior management After initial screening, arranging interviews with Contract Managers Manage social media recruitment activity Supporting the wider administration team on other business activities as and when required Experience needed for an In-House Recruiter Ability and willingness to commute to our Chigwell office Good written and verbal communication skills A real can-do attitude and the ability to take responsibility for recruitment activity (with considerable support by senior management) Experience within an office administrative role with knowledge of clerical & administrative procedures Recruitment experience (preferred, not essential) Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to prioritise workload, with good planning & organisational skills Good attention to detail and a genuine care for getting things right Be able to work as part of a team A positive problem-solving attitude Flexible & adaptable Salary & Benefits Competitive salary relative to experience (PAYE) 23 days holiday per year, rising to 25 days after two years of employment Buy and sell holiday scheme Access to a pension scheme Amazing in-house training programme.
