Nurseplus have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our Aylesbury branch. We are looking for someone who is an experienced recruitment/sales professional ready for their next challenge.
The Branch Manager will support its clients in supplying staff across several areas such as Disability Units, Mental Health Units and Private Hospitals. Specialising in Registered Nurses and Healthcare assistants, you will have the opportunity to work with some big clients within the sector and grow your branch on a daily basis.

Main Duties of the Branch Manager Role:
1. Optimising the running of the office
2. Engaging your team
3. Building on current and future relationships with clients
4. Interviewing
5. Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
6. Consistently achieve sales targets and maximise branch revenue
What We Are Looking For in the Successful Candidate:
1. A full UK driving licence
2. Experience within a similar role
3. Experience within the healthcare industry
4. A full understanding of the recruitment and sales process
5. A friendly and warming personality
6. Strong numerical skills
7. Customer service focused
8. The ability to motivate your team of consultants and get the most out of each member of the team
