Role
* This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to lead a growing team in a firm which enjoys an enviable reputation.
* Advising on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
* Providing project support advice for the firm's real estate/corporate/other departments.
You
* Will ideally have an existing local/regional client base to transfer and be ready to grow the practice.
* A mixed non-contentious and contentious skill set (specialists in either also considered).
* 10+ years PQE with experience across a broad range of construction matters.
* Knowledge of the main standard form construction contracts, in particular JCT/NEC.
* Experience of non-contentious/Transactional construction advice and contentious advice regarding typical dispute resolution forums.
