EMEA Project Manager - Integrated Security Systems
You will be working with a top security systems integrator who deliver large-scale, IP CCTV and access control projects to enterprise and blue-chip clients. With an increasing demand for high-level technical work, they're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage, large-scale integrated security projects in the UK and across EMEA.
Key Points:
Manage and coordinate the installation and service of multi-discipline CCTV, Access Control and Video Surveillance integrated security systems to their conclusion including full cost control, achieving revenue and gross margins in line with forecast.
You must be proactive, reliable and effective in workforce and client management. The role requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy.
The Role:
You will management tun key project delivery of enterprise level integrated security systems for clients with a global presence in the technology sector.
Arrange project labour through internal and external engineers and security specialists.
You will be responsible for monitoring the profitability of all projects under your control.
You will always monitor the progress of work and will advise on any changes through regular 'Project Reviews'.
Ensure that the customer and any other interested parties are kept up to date with the progress of the project.
Provide or organise any relevant customer training and ensure that commissioning and completion certificates are signed and provided.
Ensure that all applicable documentation is provided in a suitable format at the time of handover to the client.
Feedback all information to ensure the most efficient customer invoicing schedule for all their ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Significant experience within the security engineering sector as a Project Manager working with high end clients or transferable experience from a similar sector (Electrical, Data Centres, Construction).
Experience of managing multiple projects - ideally larger, integrated projects.
Experience or certification in Lenel or C-Cure, would be highly beneficial but not essential.
Relevant PM qualifications preferred - e.g. PRINCE2, IOSH, NEBOSH, etc.
Location:
UK & EMEA - Extensive travel in this role, up to 80% including staying away.
Package:
£50K - £70K DOE + Bonus + Private health care + Vehicle Allowance + Company benefits
