Boden Group is excited to be partnering with a leading Facilities company to find an experienced National Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of an essential function that is critical to the smooth running of the organisation.
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships for a variety of specialist services. This role involves identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and ensuring the successful delivery of services across multiple departments. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate sales and revenue opportunities with existing clients.
* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
* Forecast and track client revenues, ensuring timely project delivery.
* Work closely with Project Managers to deliver client projects effectively.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize business growth.
* Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets, ensuring profitability.
* Coordinate and conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
* Work with the internal team to maintain strong operational support and meet customer needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
* At least 2 years’ experience in an Account Management or B2B sales role, preferably in the facilities management or specialist cleaning sectors.
* Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong IT skills, particularly with CRM tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage pricing and margins effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs.
