* Visual inspection & identify quality defects and reject them. Escalate issues to the team leader - may be involved in rectifying issues with support
* Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Operate within the Baxter documentation procedures (BaxU) and requirements meeting all safety quality and performance guidelines, ensuring batch paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Manufacturing experience is required with a strong understanding of GMP guidelines
* Manual dexterity is important due to the nature of the role including repetitive tasks
* Strong communication skills including written and verbal
* A basic understanding of Maths due to reading batch numbers, measurements etc
* Punctual with good attendance
* Well organised and task driven
* Quality focused - able to deal with routine, repetitive tasks whilst maintaining good attention to detail
* Team Working - working as part of a team & sharing workload fairly with a willingness to work co-operatively and supportively in order to solve problems and achieve team targets

* Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
* Experience using fork trucks is desired but full training will be given on this

Our Pour Bottles department is hiring a Packing Operator to join their team. Pour Bottles are manufactured in bulk by our Process Operators and then packing separate these into different batches which are distributed across hospitals. They are single use and used for cleaning purposes such as wound irrigation. This role is 42 hours a week with the below shifts.
Week 1 - Monday 06:00-18:00, Tuesday 06:00-18:00, Wednesday off, Thursday off, Friday 18:00-06:00, Saturday 18:00-06:00, Sunday 18:00-06:00 Week 2 - Monday off, Tuesday off, Wednesday 06:00-18:00, Thursday 06:00-18:00, Friday off, Saturday off, Sunday off.
