Class Teacher – Year 2/3 (Primary School, Runcorn)
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at a small primary school in Runcorn. This full-time role involves teaching a mixed Year 2/3 class, starting after the Easter break and continuing until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
About the Role:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a mixed Year 2/3 class.
2. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
3. Assess and track progress, ensuring that all children receive the support they need to succeed.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning experiences.
5. Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
About You:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at KS1 or lower KS2.
2. A passion for inspiring young learners and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
4. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils.
