Role: Temporary Customer Service Representative
Contract Length: Up until the Christmas break
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £11.44- £12.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week- flexible on start and finish times
Location: HD6- Brighouse
Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional support? If so, our client is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their team and make a positive impact on their customers' experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
2. Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the wider team to ensure timely delivery.
4. Assisting with after-sales support, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role- handling high call volumes.
2. Call-handling experience is desirable.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
6. A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers.
