Band 7 Portfolio Analyst required for a large public sector organisation based through the Department of Health Location: Linenhall Street Pay Per Hour: £23.60 Hours: 37.5 hrs per week JOB SUMMARY/MAIN PURPOSE: The Portfolio Analyst will take responsibility for the management and delivery of digital projects and programmes-across HSCNI. They will deliver digital projects to time and budget in line with approved standards. The Portfolio Analyst will work with key stakeholders for each project and programme within the DHCNI Portfolio as part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Function (EPMO). They will facilitate transformation and change in relevant service areas. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage Digital projects and programmes to time and budget as directed and advised. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop business cases; Manage projects through the required formal approval stages such as business case approvals. Develop plans and strategies for management of projects and programmes. Produce documentation and reports in line with DHCNI and EPMO standards as appropriate. Report project/programme progress through Highlight Reports, Stage and Exception Plans as required. Collaborate effectively with vendors/third party suppliers in the procurement, implementation and transition of digital Systems, Solutions and Services. Follow agreed procedures and specialist advice, such as legal or procurement services, as required to effectively manage a project/programme. Maintain Portfolio Logs for Requests, Mandates, Risks and Issues. Liaise with Programme Managers and related project resources to ensure that project deliverables are coordinated and duplication is avoided where possible.
