Job summary Oxfordshire Talking Therapies (OTT) are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to take the next step in their career and into a supervisory role. Main duties of the job This role involves facilitating individual case management supervision of PWPs to support in their development and learning, delivering clinical skills supervision and line managing trainee and/or qualified PWPs. As a SPWP you will contribute to the effective day to day running of the Step2 team including service development, recruitment and training of staff. The post-holder will also offer evidence-based practice in Guided Self-help (Telephone, Digital or Face to Face) and contribute to the Psycho-educational Courses programme, working with people with common mental health problems. You will also be involved in other workstreams or projects such as digital interventions and increasing access for people with under represented groups.
